This Privacy Policy explains what information Simple Physique (Mike Giddings) collects when you use simplephysique.com or our coaching services, and what we do with it.

What we collect

From visitors: your email address (if you submit our form) and basic anonymized website analytics (pages visited, country).

From clients: your name, email, payment information (handled by our payment processor), and the fitness and health information you share during coaching (weight, training history, progress photos).

How we use it

To deliver the service you signed up for, to communicate with you about your engagement, and to comply with our legal obligations. We don't sell your data, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't use it for automated profiling.

Who we share with

Only the service providers we need to run the business: our payment processor, our email tool, and standard infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics). Each has its own privacy commitments.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. You can also opt out of marketing emails. To exercise any of these rights, email mike@simplephysique.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We protect your information using standard security practices: HTTPS for all data in transit, payment information handled entirely by our payment processor and never stored on our servers, and access limited to Mike Giddings personally. If we ever discover a data breach affecting you, we will notify you within 72 hours.

Children

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers and clients.
